How we correct
Error reporting, human review, and a public record. Updated July 26, 2026.
1. How to report an error
Found a factual error in an evaluation — an incorrect piece of evidence, a scene attributed to the wrong title, a wrong rating datum? Use the "Report" button on the work's page or write to the editorial contact at the end of this page.
A ValorScore is opinion accompanied by evidence, not a factual verdict — so we correct EVIDENCE AND FACTUAL ERRORS, and we explain (without changing) when the disagreement is one of interpretation.
2. The correction process
Every report enters the HUMAN-REVIEW QUEUE — the same standard we apply to claims about people (see the Moderation Policy). A human editor re-examines the work and the contested evidence, and no correction is decided automatically.
When the error is confirmed, we correct the evaluation and RECORD the correction publicly in the log at the end of this page: what was wrong, what changed, and when. We respond to reports within 5 business days.
3. Right of reply
If you are the party responsible for an evaluated work (author, studio, publisher, rights holder) and want to contest an evaluation or attach an official reply, use the Right of Reply channel, at en/right-of-reply.
4. Public corrections log
No public correction recorded yet.
